News: Denmark’s Klokker gets Warwickshire debut…

This is great news for Denmark, that another player from their country has managed to make it to the English County Circuit. Looks like an injury to the main keeper batsman has led Fredrick Klokker into the Warwickshire team and he has made his playing debut in first class cricket. But unfortunately, like Amjad Khan before him, it may well be that as Klokker improves, he will end up getting immigration to the UK and try out for the teams there. As far as I know though, Klokker was or is a groundsman in London, and learnt his cricket in the UK. So he may or may not be representative of the state of cricket in Denmark.

I hope he does well, but keeps Denmark as his national team.
